About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised, flexible administrator capable of dealing with a busy and varied workload assisting the Electoral Services Team at Huntingdonshire District Council. Some knowledge and experience of elections and electoral registration would be an advantage.

About you

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to the accuracy of data entry are essential, whilst experience of working in a complex administration environment will be beneficial.

You should be able to contribute effectively in a team environment and react to work pressures as required to ensure you meet statutory deadlines.

You will need to be flexible in your approach to work as the job will occasionally require working outside of normal hours and may include evening and weekend work, particularly leading up to an election.
