You need to make sure that you submit all the necessary information and documents – if anything is missing or incomplete we will not be able to process your application.
Apply OnlineWhat documents do I need to submit?
We have produced guidance, checklists and advice notes that are specific to Huntingdonshire and will help you submit your application.
If you are submitting a householder application you should read the householder application guidance.
If your property is in a conservation area or is a listed building or both, you need to check the guidance for these types of application.
If your application is in an area where there are trees or new landscape proposals are being considered then you can read the supporting tree and landscape guide and also check if your tree is protected.
Where do I send amended documents or plans for my application?
Please send any amended plans or documents, or additional information to support your application directly to us at DMadmin@huntingdonshire.gov.uk. Please quote the Planning Portal or planning reference number in your email, as well as attaching the amended documents.
If you submit amendments to the Planning Portal they will automatically be viewable to the public, and we have no control over this. For this reason, we do recommend any amendments come straight to us.
