An off-street parking order is the legal basis for providing parking spaces, setting appropriate charges and enforcing restrictions.
Cambridgeshire County Council made an application to the Department for Transport under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (2004 Act), for the District of Huntingdonshire to be designated as a civil enforcement area and a special enforcement area. This designation comes into effect in July 2025.
