No Permit Displayed

If you have a valid digital permit, please provide details of the account that the permit is registered to that was valid for the vehicle, location, time and date of the offence. It is the responsibility of digital permit users with multiple vehicles to ensure that the vehicle in use is set as the active vehicle.

If you have a paper permit, you will need to provide a copy of the front and back of the permit that was valid for the vehicle, location, time and date of the offence with all the details clearly visible.

Alternatively, if you pay your fine within 14 days of the date it was issued you only pay the lower amount shown on your fine. If you pay after 14 days, you will need to pay the full value displayed on the fine.

To use the concessions offered by a Blue Badge, the Blue Badge and accompanying clock must be displayed in line with on-site signage and the guidance contained in the Blue Badge Handbook.

Please note that a Blue Badge does not grant exemption to the parking restrictions applicable to a site. You are still liable for the fine.

If you were involved in a medical emergency, we may consider your challenge. You will need to provide us with a formal letter from a health professional that treated you or a passenger directly after the event.
